Description

This self-adjusting crimping tool (36860016) extends the automatic-crimp principle to a 0.25–16mm² range, covering larger conductor cross-sections for heavier installation work while still terminating fine wires accurately. The size is set automatically to the inserted conductor, removing the need to swap dies between jobs.
A ratchet mechanism ensures each crimp is fully completed before release, delivering consistent, secure connections on wire-end ferrules and terminals. The wider capacity suits sub-mains, larger control circuits and panel building where a single versatile tool is preferred.
