The KNIPEX 200MM Bolt End Cutting Nippers (61 01 200) are precision end-cutting nippers designed for flush cutting of bolts, screws, pins, and nails close to or flush with a surface. The end-cutting jaw geometry — with cutting edges oriented perpendicular to the plier body — makes clean cuts at 90° to the fastener axis impossible with conventional diagonal cutters.
Forged from special tool steel with induction-hardened cutting edges, these nippers maintain sharp, precise cutting performance through extended professional use. The 200mm length provides good mechanical advantage for cutting harder fastener materials.
End-cutting nippers are particularly useful for electrical installation when trimming cable tie stems flush, cropping protruding screw threads in enclosure frames, and cutting back fixing pins flush to mounting surfaces.
