Description

The AD970J is a 2-pole, 2-module RCBO with a 20A rated current and C-curve tripping characteristic. Its short-circuit breaking capacity is 6 kA at 240V AC, and it provides 30mA Type A residual current protection. The device is designed for both residential and commercial electrical installations.
With a 20A C-curve rating, this RCBO is commonly used for circuits supplying high-demand appliances, electric showers, or similar loads where inrush currents are a concern. The Type A sensitivity ensures detection of AC and pulsating DC fault currents common in modern electronic equipment.
The AD970J is RoHS compliant, IP20 rated, and DIN rail mountable. It accepts flexible conductors from 1–16mm² and rigid conductors from 1–25mm². Operating temperature is -25°C to +40°C.
