The DT60809-QZ is a DEWALT ELITE SERIES 16mm x 340mm (200mm working length) SDS-Max XLR full head carbide drill bit for heavy-duty anchor and fixing hole drilling in reinforced concrete and masonry. The SDS-Max shank delivers significantly higher impact energy than SDS-Plus, enabling faster and more productive drilling at larger diameters in the hardest concrete.
The XLR full head carbide tip with four cutting faces maximises hole concentricity for better anchor retention. The single-piece carbide construction provides extreme durability in rebar-rich concrete. The four-flute helix channels debris efficiently for fast, consistent drilling at 16mm in SDS-Max class machines.
Compatible with all SDS-Max rotary hammer drills. For use in anchor, fixing, and clearance holes in masonry, concrete, brick, and blockwork requiring the higher impact energy of SDS-Max machines.
