Description

The DCG440N-XJ is a DEWALT 54V XR FLEXVOLT® 180mm brushless angle grinder supplied as a bare tool. The FLEXVOLT platform delivers the equivalent power of a corded 1,800W grinder for heavy-duty cutting and grinding of structural steel, thick plate, and large-diameter pipe without the restriction of a power cord.
The brushless motor provides superior efficiency and longer motor life compared to brushed motors. The side handle provides additional control for large disc grinding applications, and the quick-release guard system enables fast disc changes without tools. Electronic brake stops the disc rapidly when the tool is switched off.
Supplied as a bare tool — battery and charger sold separately. Compatible with all DEWALT 54V XR FLEXVOLT batteries and 180mm grinding accessories. Suitable for structural steel fabrication, site metal cutting, and heavy grinding applications where cordless capability and disc capacity exceed that of standard 125mm tools.
