The DCH273N-XJ is a DEWALT 18V XR brushless 28mm SDS-Plus rotary hammer bare tool delivering 3.0J of impact energy — 40% more than the DCH253 — for faster drilling of larger anchor holes and more productive chiselling in harder concrete and dense masonry. The increased impact energy makes this the preferred choice for contractors who regularly drill 12mm and larger anchor holes in reinforced concrete.
Three operating modes: hammer drilling, rotation only, and chiselling with SDS-Plus chisels. Active vibration control reduces operator vibration exposure. Brushless motor for improved efficiency and tool life. The higher impact energy enables faster drilling in hard materials with less operator effort.
