The Di-LOG Socket Adaptor (DL1601) is a plug-in adaptor that connects to a standard 13A socket outlet and provides flying lead connections — typically 4mm banana-plug sockets or crocodile clip terminals — allowing the L, N, and E conductors of the socket circuit to be accessed for connection to a multi-function installation tester or other test instrument. This enables Zs (earth fault loop impedance) and other circuit measurements to be taken from any accessible socket without opening the consumer unit or junction boxes.
