Description

The ESC440 is a 40A modular contactor with four normally open poles and a 230V AC 50Hz control coil, part of Hager’s expanded ESC range. It provides simultaneous switching of multiple circuits and is designed for three-phase and multi-circuit applications in commercial and industrial distribution boards.
Each pole can handle up to 40A, making it suitable for large three-phase loads including lighting rigs, HVAC systems, and heating zones. The device is controlled by a standard 230V AC signal and is compatible with time switches, BMS controllers, and photocells.
RoHS compliant, the ESC440 is part of Hager’s modular DIN rail contactor range. It is suited to commercial installations where simultaneous multi-pole switching of high-current loads is required.
