Description

The HIM408 is a 4-pole (3P+N) modular change-over switch rated at 80A, designed for manual I–0–II source changeover in three-phase and neutral systems. The 4-pole format simultaneously switches all three phase conductors and the neutral, providing complete circuit isolation during source transfer.
With a rated operational voltage of 380–415V AC and a conditional short-circuit current of 50kA (with gl-gG fuses), the HIM408 is suitable for demanding commercial and industrial changeover applications. Compatible accessories include HZC709 insulated busbars and HZC series shaft extensions and door coupling handles.
Compliant with IEC 60947-3 and rated for up to 52kW at 400V AC1, the HIM408 delivers reliable performance in generator changeover, dual supply switching, and critical power distribution applications.
