The MU116A is a single-pole, 16A MCB with a C-type tripping curve and 6kA breaking capacity, one of the most commonly specified MCBs in commercial distribution boards. The C-type characteristic handles inrush currents typical of fluorescent lighting, small motors, office equipment, and socket-outlet circuits.
The single-module DIN rail format makes the MU116A ideal for high-density distribution boards in commercial and industrial applications. It is compatible with Hager’s comb busbar systems including the KDN and KB series for efficient phase supply connection.
RoHS compliant and part of Hager’s MU range, the MU116A is compatible with MCB auxiliary accessories and is suitable for installation in distribution boards conforming to EN 60898-1 and related standards.
