The Magnetic Nut Setter 8mm x 65mm (4590) is a 1/4″ hex shank accessory for driving M5 hex head screws and bolts using a cordless drill or impact driver. The internal magnet retains the nut or bolt head firmly during placement and driving, enabling single-handed operation in overhead and confined-space applications where two-handed bolt starting is impractical.
The 65mm extended length allows reaching into enclosure frames, cable tray fixings, and equipment mounting holes that a standard-length nut setter cannot access. The 8mm drive size corresponds to the hex head of M5 bolts — the most commonly used size for electrical tray, enclosure frame, and equipment panel fixings.
