The DT6674-XJ is a DEWALT EXTREME 5.5mm x 85mm (50mm working length) masonry drill bit with a 3-flat anti-slip shank, designed for use in standard rotary/percussion drills with 3-jaw chucks. The 3-flat shank prevents spin-out in the chuck, a common problem with standard round-shank masonry bits — particularly in cordless drills where chuck grip can be inconsistent.
The unique hard metal carbide tip with low-stress high-temperature copper soldering provides up to 2x longer life and up to 50% more holes per battery charge compared to standard masonry bits. An optimised milled flute ensures fast debris removal, and the hardened steel body with core reinforcement provides maximum tensile strength.
