The DT8927-QZ is a DEWALT ELITE SERIES 8mm x 460mm (400mm working length) SDS-Plus XLR full head carbide drill bit, designed for deep drilling in concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, brick, and blockwork using SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills. The extra-long 460mm overall length provides the reach required for deep fixing holes, through-wall drilling, and anchor installation in thick concrete structures.
The innovative full head carbide tip with four cutting faces maximises hole concentricity for better fixing retention, and is designed to resist breakage when striking rebar. The open-head design channels dust into the four-flute spiral for efficient debris removal and consistent drilling speed. IRON BLAST TECHNOLOGY strengthens the bit against fatigue for extreme durability.
Compatible with all SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills. Suitable for anchor installation, pipe and conduit clearance holes, and through-wall drilling in reinforced concrete and masonry.
