The VPSB020BK is a three-pole (triple-pole) fan isolator switch rated 10A, finished in satin brass with a black insert. It is designed specifically for isolating extractor fans – particularly timer or run-on models that have a separate permanent live and switched live – by breaking all three conductors (live, switched live and neutral) at once, allowing the fan to be safely isolated for cleaning or maintenance.
Mounted on the Deco raised stainless steel plate in brushed satin brass, it is a single-gang functional switch rather than a modular lighting switch. It conforms to the relevant switch standard, is backed by the range’s 10-year guarantee and is a standard requirement on most bathroom and kitchen fan installations.
