The VPSB786BK is a twin-gang 13A switched socket with USB Type-A and Type-C charging, finished in satin brass with a black insert on the standard Deco Victorian plate. Like the VPSB586BK it pairs two switched 13A outlets with A and C USB ports, but with the standard Deco rocker rather than the Ingot rocker – giving customers a choice of rocker style across an installation.
It is an ideal upgrade for bedside, kitchen-worktop and desk positions where USB charging is wanted alongside mains power. Approved to BS 1363 for the mains outlets and backed by the 10-year guarantee, it carries active charging circuitry and therefore needs a 25 mm or deeper back box for a comfortable fit.
