The DCE050N-XJ is a DEWALT 18V XR cordless soldering iron for soft soldering applications in plumbing, electrical work, and electronics in locations without mains power access. The cordless format eliminates the need for a power outlet, gas canister, or blowtorch for soft soldering — making it ideal for remote site locations, confined spaces, and situations where a flame is not permitted.
The iron heats to soldering temperature rapidly from a standard 18V XR battery, providing consistent heat for capillary and wire soldering applications.
