Description

The HMB380 is a 3-pole, 80A MCB with a B-type tripping curve and a 15kA short-circuit breaking capacity, designed for three-phase distribution in commercial and industrial installations. It provides simultaneous disconnection of all three phases on a fault, and its high breaking capacity handles fault levels close to the supply transformer.
The device occupies 4.5 DIN rail modules and accepts flexible conductors up to 50mm² and rigid conductors up to 70mm². The B-type curve is suited to resistive and lightly inductive three-phase loads where inrush currents are not a concern.
RoHS compliant and IP20 rated, the HMB380 is compatible with the full range of HMB series accessories including auxiliary contacts, shunt trips, and padlockable locking kits (MZN175). Operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C.
