Description

The MCU63 is a Hager Meter Tail Kit — a compact 3-module enclosure measuring 175x110x95mm, fitted with a 63A red-toggle MCB (NBN163R). It is used to provide a protected connection point and main overcurrent protection at the incoming meter tail position in Irish domestic installations.
The kit is used between the ESB metering equipment and the consumer unit in Irish residential installations, providing a properly enclosed and protected incomer point compliant with I.S.10101. The red toggle MCB provides clear visual identification of the main switching point.
