Description

The HMC380 is a 3-pole, 80A MCB with a C-type tripping curve and a 15kA breaking capacity, designed for three-phase distribution in commercial and industrial installations where loads with inrush currents are present. The C-curve provides greater tolerance for startup currents from motors, transformers, and power electronic equipment.
Occupying 4.5 DIN rail modules and accepting flexible conductors up to 50mm² and rigid conductors up to 70mm², the HMC380 provides reliable protection for three-phase sub-main circuits. The 15kA breaking capacity ensures suitability for installations close to the supply transformer.
IP20 rated, RoHS compliant, and operational from -25°C to +70°C, the HMC380 is part of Hager’s high-performance HMC range and is compatible with the full suite of HMB/HMC series auxiliary accessories.
