The ABB AF16-30-10 is a 3-pole industrial contactor from ABB’s AF-Line product family, designed to handle motor starting and power switching duties for loads up to 7.5 kW at 400 V AC (AC-3) or 10 hp at 480 V UL. With an AC-1 general-purpose switching rating of 30 A, this contactor covers a broad range of motor control requirements in commercial and industrial panel installations. It comes fitted with one built-in N.O. auxiliary contact and screw terminal connections, providing immediate signalling capability for control circuit integration.

The AF16-30-10 benefits from ABB’s wide-range coil technology, capable of operating on control voltages between 24 and 60 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 20 to 60 V DC, simplifying stock management and reducing the number of variants required across a product range. Its maximum voltage rating of 690 V IEC or 600 V UL, combined with compliance to IEC 60947-4-1 and UL 508, makes this contactor appropriate for international applications and supports CE-marked panel builds for the European market.
