Description

The DCG406N-XJ is a DEWALT 18V XR brushless 125mm angle grinder with a paddle switch — the third activation format in the DCG40x range alongside the trigger (DCG405) and slide switch (DCG405N) variants. The paddle switch provides a large, easy-to-operate activation surface that is held in during use and releases immediately when grip is lost, providing an inherent deadman safety function.
Brushless motor for efficiency, electronic clutch for kickback protection, electronic brake for rapid disc stopping. The paddle switch format is specified for some applications and markets as a preferred activation method. Three-position side handle.
Supplied as a bare tool — battery and charger sold separately. Compatible with all DEWALT 18V XR batteries and standard 125mm angle grinder accessories. Suitable for metal cutting and grinding applications where the paddle switch activation format is preferred.
