The DCH481N-XJ is a DEWALT 54V XR FLEXVOLT® 40mm SDS-Max brushless rotary hammer supplied as a bare tool, delivering 6.1 Joules of impact energy for drilling holes up to 40mm in solid concrete and heavy chiselling with SDS-Max chisels. The FLEXVOLT 54V platform provides corded-equivalent power for the most demanding SDS-Max applications without the restriction of a power cord.
PERFORM & PROTECT features include anti-rotation control (ARC) that stops the tool rotation in the event of a sudden stall — a critical safety feature for large-diameter drilling in reinforced concrete — and a low-vibration design that reduces operator vibration exposure during extended SDS-Max use. The brushless motor extends service life and improves energy efficiency.
