The DT8931-QZ is a DEWALT 12mm x 160mm (100mm working length) SDS-Plus XLR full head carbide drill bit. The 12mm diameter is widely specified for medium-duty mechanical anchors, chemical anchors, and M10 bolt clearance holes in concrete and masonry. At 100mm working length, it is suitable for standard fixing applications.
The XLR full head carbide tip with four cutting faces delivers precise, round holes optimised for anchor retention. The four-flute helix provides efficient debris removal, and the IRON BLAST TECHNOLOGY strengthened body provides extreme durability in demanding drilling conditions.
Compatible with all SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills. Suitable for medium-duty anchor installation, M10 fixings, and plug holes in concrete, masonry, brick, and natural stone.
