The DT9591-QZ is a DEWALT EXTREME 18mm x 600mm (540mm working length) SDS-Plus 2-cutter drill bit for drilling 18mm diameter holes in concrete, masonry, brick, and stone using SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills. The EXTREME2 tip design features a solid 2-cutter carbide head flanked by two individual cutting tips, delivering fast and efficient drilling speed with a four-flute spiral that enables quick debris removal to maintain consistent drilling speed throughout the full working depth.
Superior carbide grade provides long bit life — up to 50% more holes per battery charge on cordless rotary hammers versus standard bits. The hardened steel body with strong tapered core web design greatly reduces the risk of breakage, particularly when striking rebar in reinforced concrete. The optimised mounting shank provides perfect grip and optimum power transmission.
