The guide rail provides an accurate straight cutting guide that the plunge saw runs along, delivering table-saw-quality straight rips and cross-cuts with a portable circular saw.
The non-slip rubber base grips the work surface to prevent movement during cutting. The guide rail features a protective splinter guard that clamps to the material surface along the cut line, preventing tear-out and providing a precise cut guide.
