Description

The ESC427 is a 40A, 4-pole modular contactor with four normally closed poles (4NC) and a 230V AC control coil. All four poles remain energised in the de-energised state, providing fail-safe operation for three-phase circuits that must remain active unless an explicit switch-off signal is applied.
Suitable for three-phase power distribution in applications requiring fail-safe connectivity, such as critical HVAC or emergency power control. The 3-module DIN rail format makes it space-efficient for installation in commercial distribution boards.
RoHS compliant and designed for 230V AC control, the ESC427 integrates into Hager’s modular ESC contactor range and is compatible with standard 230V AC control sources including time switches and building management systems.
