Description

The HMC199 is a single-pole, 125A MCB with a C-type tripping curve and 15kA breaking capacity, the highest-rated device in the HMC single-pole range. The C-type curve provides greater tolerance for inrush currents, making it suitable for sub-main circuits supplying loads with significant startup currents such as motors, transformers, and electronic equipment.
At 1.5 DIN rail modules, it provides a compact footprint for a 125A device and accepts conductors up to 70mm² rigid. The C-type tripping characteristic extends the application range compared to the HMB199 to include circuits with high inrush loads.
RoHS compliant, IP20 rated, and operational from -25°C to +70°C, the HMC199 is compatible with the full range of HMB/HMC auxiliary accessories including auxiliary contacts and shunt trips.
