The Legrand 004840 is an IP2X insulated neutral distribution terminal block from the LEXIC range, designed for neutral conductor distribution within residential and commercial distribution boards. Colour-coded blue for immediate identification of the neutral, it provides 4 output connections for cables up to 16mm², making it ideal for smaller distribution boards or sub-boards with a limited number of circuits. The fully shrouded, touch-safe IP2X construction prevents accidental contact with live conductors, ensuring user safety during installation and inspection.

At 47 mm in length, the 004840 is compact and clips directly onto a 12×2mm DIN rail, offering reliable, vibration-resistant mounting in Legrand Lexic, Drivia, and other compatible distribution enclosures. Manufactured from self-extinguishing, flame-retardant polypropylene, it conforms to EN 60670-24 and is rated for use at up to 250V in standard domestic distribution boards.
