The MBN163W is a single-pole, 63A MCB with B-type tripping and QuickConnect push-in terminals, the highest-rated device in the MBN single-pole QuickConnect range. It is designed for main incomer circuit protection in consumer units or for large sub-main single-phase circuits.
The 63A rating is commonly specified for the main protective device in Irish domestic consumer units. The QuickConnect terminals enable rapid installation and the 1-module format minimises panel space consumption.
RoHS compliant and widely used in Irish residential installations, the MBN163W is compatible with Hager’s Gamma and Vega consumer unit enclosures and conforms to I.S.10101 requirements.
