Description

The MBN316A is a 3-pole, 16A MCB with a B-type tripping curve and a 6kA breaking capacity, designed for three-phase circuit protection in commercial and light industrial distribution boards. The B-type characteristic provides straightforward overcurrent protection for resistive and lightly inductive loads.
Occupying 3 DIN rail modules, the MBN316A provides simultaneous three-phase disconnection on a fault, ensuring complete circuit isolation. Terminal connections accept flexible conductors up to 25mm² and rigid conductors up to 35mm², suitable for standard three-phase branch circuit cable sizes.
RoHS compliant and rated for an operating temperature of -25°C to +70°C, the MBN316A is part of Hager’s MBN three-phase MCB range and is compatible with the standard range of MCB auxiliary accessories.
