The MD280 is a Click MiniGrid blank module used to fill unused positions within a MiniGrid unfurnished plate. It presents a flush, clean face over any unoccupied module aperture, preventing access to the back box and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the plate when fewer functional modules are required than the plate has positions.
Blank modules are an essential element of professional MiniGrid installations, particularly in multi-gang configurations where spare capacity is retained for future use. They maintain the IP rating integrity of the back box and prevent cable disturbance at unused terminals.
The MD280 is compatible with all Click MiniGrid unfurnished plates and is supplied as a standard single-width module to match the MiniGrid footprint. It can be easily replaced at any time when an additional functional module is required at that position.
