Description

The ABB MP2-30G is a 22 mm extended-head, non-illuminated, maintained-action pushbutton with a green actuator and chrome metal bezel, part of ABB’s M2 modular operator component system. The extended head provides a larger, more prominent actuator compared to the flush MP1 variant, making it easier to operate in environments where operators may be wearing gloves or where the control panel is at an inconvenient height. The green colour follows IEC convention for start or run command functions. No contact block is included; MCB or MCBH modules are added to provide the required switching contacts.

Manufactured to IEC 60947-5-1, the MP2-30G accepts standard 22 mm panel aperture mounting and features the maintained-action mechanism that holds the button in the operated position after release. The chrome metal bezel provides robust, industrial-grade construction appropriate for demanding environments.
