The MU316A is a 3-pole, 16A MCB with a C-type tripping curve and 6kA breaking capacity, one of the most commonly specified three-phase MCBs for commercial and light industrial distribution. The C-type curve handles inrush currents from three-phase motors, fluorescent lighting gear, and electronic equipment.
Occupying 3 DIN rail modules with simultaneous three-phase disconnection, the MU316A is designed for commercial distribution boards and compatible with KDN series comb busbars for efficient installation.
RoHS compliant and part of Hager’s MU three-pole MCB range, the MU316A supports standard auxiliary accessories and is suitable for three-phase circuit protection conforming to EN 60898-1 in commercial and industrial applications.
