The Click Definity Complete 10AX ingot 1 gang intermediate switch is used in the middle of a multi-point lighting circuit, wired between two 2-way switches to allow the same light to be controlled from three or more locations. Intermediate switches are the key component in stairwell, landing and large-room lighting controlled from several doors.

Rated at 10AX, the single intermediate ingot switch handles the crossover connections that additional control points require. The rocker is carried on a black insert behind the matt bronze cover plate, matching the 2-way switches used with it.

Part of the Click Definity Complete screwless range, it is supplied as a single unit with the matt bronze cover plate and black insert together under one code, so there is nothing to pair up on site. The push-fit cover plate clips on without visible fixing screws, and because the plate and insert separate, first fix and any decorating can be completed before the finished plate is clipped into place. The warm matt bronze finish is a coated stainless steel plate that wipes clean easily and suits both contemporary and period interiors.
