The VPSB201BK is a 45A single-gang double-pole switch with neon indicator, finished in satin brass with a black insert. Rated for high loads, it is the standard control switch for an electric cooker or other fixed 45A appliance, with the neon clearly showing when the circuit is energised.
The double-pole mechanism isolates both line and neutral, which is essential for safely isolating a cooker for cleaning or servicing. It is constructed on the Deco raised stainless steel plate in brushed satin brass and carries the range’s 10-year guarantee. As a 45A device, a deeper back box (typically 35 mm+) is recommended to accommodate the heavier cable.
