Description

The AD982J is a 2-pole, 2-module RCBO with a 32A rated current and C-curve tripping characteristic. With a 6 kA breaking capacity and 30mA Type A residual current sensitivity, it is designed to protect circuits against both short circuits and earth faults. It operates on 240V AC single-phase supply.
The 32A C-curve rating makes the AD982J suitable for high-current circuits such as immersion heaters, electric vehicle chargers, or sub-distribution boards. Type A sensitivity detects AC and pulsating DC residual currents, catering to modern electronic loads.
The device is DIN rail mountable, RoHS compliant, and IP20 rated. Conductor cross-section supported is 1–16mm² flexible and up to 25mm² rigid. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +40°C.
