Description

The Legrand 092002 is a compact round Plexo junction box rated IP55 and IK07, with a diameter of 70mm, designed for use as a weatherproof wiring junction point in standard electrical installations. Manufactured from grey RAL7035 self-extinguishing polystyrene, it is resistant to incandescent wire at 650°C and suitable for operating temperatures from -25°C to +40°C. The box features 7 graduated membrane glands for flexible cable entry of various diameters, and the snap-on cover is secured by a captive sealable screw for a reliable IP55 seal.

The 092002 is suitable for use as a junction box in standard residential, commercial, and light industrial wiring circuits, and its round format allows it to be used as a direct replacement for standard conduit back boxes. Its halogen-free polystyrene construction makes it suitable for installations with tighter fire safety requirements.
