6944X 10mm² SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cable is a 4-core power and control cable manufactured to BS 5467, suitable for fixed installation in dry or damp premises. It features stranded copper conductors, XLPE insulation, PVC bedding, galvanised steel wire armour for mechanical protection, and a black PVC outer sheath. Core identification: brown, black, grey, and blue. Voltage rating is 0.6/1kV (600/1000V). Overall cable diameter is approximately 19.0–21.1mm, weighing around 920kg/km, with a minimum bending radius of 12x diameter; suits a 25mm gland (BW25 indoor / CW25 outdoor) with a size 9 cable cleat.
